I had a pleasant stay at La Casa Hanoi Hotel, although there were a few aspects that could use improvement. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which definitely made my experience more enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but I found it a bit cramped. The breakfast had a great variety, but I had slightly higher expectations based on what I had heard.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and comfortably furnished, but a bit smaller than I had hoped for. The beds were comfortable, and overall, the room was well-maintained.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent! The staff went above and beyond to assist me, providing directions and recommendations throughout my stay.
Location
7.0
While the hotel is located a bit far from the Old Quarter, the surrounding area had plenty of local charm and accessible street food. The view from the rooftop was a definite highlight!
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offered a wide selection, though I found it slightly disappointing compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The rooftop setting for drinks was lovely, but I didn't get to try the food by the pool.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has nice facilities, but the rooftop pool was quite small and busy during my stay. Other amenities like laundry and room service were efficient.

I had a mixed experience at La Casa Hanoi Hotel. The location was great for exploring Hanoi, and the staff were truly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the condition of the facilities was a letdown, particularly the pool and some of the amenities in my room. Overall, it provided decent value, but improvements are definitely needed.

Rooms
6.0
The room was a good size with comfortable beds, but cleanliness could've been improved. My Air conditioner was set properly but the setup felt dated.
Service
8.0
The staff were polite and eager to assist, especially when I had questions about local attractions.
Location
7.0
The hotel is well-placed for walking around the area, surrounded by local eateries and close enough to markets, though a bit far from the bustling old quarter.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was quite good with a nice variety, though one dish I tried felt stale. The dining area was decent, but some selections were sometimes limited due to events.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like the pool and gym were underwhelming. I noticed that the pool had debris and the gym equipment was a bit outdated.

I had a pleasant stay at La Casa Hanoi Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which really enhanced my experience. The room was clean and well-kept, although I found it to be a bit on the smaller side. While the location is a little far from the old quarter, the surrounding area offered a glimpse into local street life, making the walks enjoyable.

Rooms

My room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small with limited space between the bed and wall. It did have cozy decor and was well-maintained overall.
Service

The staff went above and beyond to assist me, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their friendliness was definitely a highlight of my stay.
Location

The hotel is not in the heart of the old quarter, requiring about a 35-minute walk to get there, but I enjoyed exploring the local scene along the way.
Dining

Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options, and I especially loved the crispy samosas. The rooftop area was nice for dining too.
Facilities

The rooftop pool is a nice feature, although I didn't get to use it due to crowds. Other amenities like room service and housekeeping were reliable.

I had a pleasant stay at La Casa Hanoi Hotel. The location was great—easy to explore local streets and dining options—but it was a bit far from the Old Quarter. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience enjoyable. However, the room was on the smaller side, which was a bit of a drawback.

Rooms
7.0
The room was comfortable with comfy beds and a lovely shower, but it could have been a bit bigger as there wasn't much room to move around.
Service
9.0
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which really enhanced my stay. They made sure customer service was paramount.
Location

The location was quite nice for walking around and finding small restaurants, but it is somewhat far from the action of the Old Quarter.

The rooftop pool offered great views, but I didn't get a chance to use it due to some busyness. Overall, the facilities were good.

My stay at La Casa Hanoi Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was pretty convenient, not too far from the bustling old quarter, but the room I had on the second floor was quite disappointing. Despite the occasional hiccups, the staff was genuinely attentive and helpful throughout my visit.

Rooms
6.0
I loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room, but I was quite unfortunate with the specific room I received. It was dark and had an oddly high bathtub, which posed a risk for someone like me.
Service
10.0
The staff were absolutely lovely, always ready to help. They guided me on the best local dining spots and were attentive to my needs.
Location
8.0
The hotel isn't right in the heart of Hanoi, but it's reasonable walking distance from the main attractions. The beautiful view from the rooftop made it worth it.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, but some items, like the daal makhani, weren't fresh. Overall, the dining experience was adequate to fuel my day.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities like room service and the rooftop pool were available, though the pool could use some maintenance. The gym felt cramped with older equipment.
